Can you suggest a free program to create games w/o scripting OTHER than Game Maker or The Games Factory?

I'm completely tired of scripting. I tried Game Maker but it proved to be TOO HARD. I hunted around and found The Games Factory, but it was too buggy for me.





Is there actually such thing as a good, free game maker which DOES NOT require any scripting or programming whatsoever?





I'm planning to create a Metroid Fangame using one of your suggestions.
