Can you install the free games that come with vista (solitare, freecel,minesweeper) e.t.c?

when i bought my laptop it didn't come with the free games but my brothers one did. I was wondering if anyone could help me get them.

To install click the Start button - Control Panel, Programs, and then click Turn Windows features on or off. In the Windows Features dialog box, select the Games check box, and then click OK.
