I want to be able to build a house and decorate the inside. Are there any free games I could download like the original SIMS?

yes there is such as club penguin. if you don't like that than go to bittorent.com or frostwire.com and install it then type whatever SIMS you want in the search key and then it'll come up and click then download it on your computer and play. NO VIRUSES NO PAYING. i recommend bittorent.com for games though.

Reply:Well, you could download Limewire and look for different kind of game downloads in there (though it takes some time to find a legit one, you may also go to a website like www.ign.com and look for games that are like the sims, I remember there is this Game (I think) it's called Space Colony or something like that that is like the Sims in Outter Space.
