Where can I find FREE games and ringtones for my Samsung Blackjack????

I have a Samsung Blackjack with Cingular Wireless. But the games that they have are not any good. Also, I do not want to pay their high fees for ringtones. I want to find a free or cheap website that has games compatible with the Samsung Blackjack. Also, want a website or refer me to a program that I can make my own ringtones with mp3's on my computer that will actually work.
